In addition to Occupational and Physical Therapy, we also provide:

  • Brenda Horn, Integrated Manual Therapy, LLC. This is a new service we now offer. It does not require a physician referral and is done on a cash basis. This treatment involves hands on manual therapy treatment utililzing a variety of skilled techniques. We do not file insurance for you but we may be able to give you information on filing it yourself, if you think it is something your insurance will cover.
  • FCE (Functional Capacity Evaluation) Done by physician referral.
  • Health and Fitness Program We have an Exercise Class available to the public, as well as our alumni patients and our current patients, that focuses on your specific needs. With your paid membership you will also recieve a personal, one on one 15 minute consult with a therapist each month
  • QiGong We offer this class every Tue. and Thur. from 12:30 to 1 p.M. free of charge with no commitment to attend a certain number of classes and with no pre enrollment necessary. It is come as you can

Clinic History

Chickasha Physical Therapy Clinic opened in 1986 with one therapist in a small facility and has grown steadily to more than double the treatment space as well as additional staff, with an Occupational Therapist, as well as Physical Therapists. We have been in the same location for over 25 years and have helped over 6,000 patients reach their potential. The atmosphere around you when recuperating can contribute to a positive outcome. You will find a friendly, caring, and supportive attitude while attending your therapy sessions at Chickasha Physical Therapy Clinic.

Our goal is to facilitate healing and restore movement and comfort through personalized one-on-one therapy with proven hands on techniques and individualized rehabilitation programs. Our focus is on treating the whole person, not just a body part.
